For the first edition of the event "Olympiades and Chill" of the International Mentoring, Occitanie Est universities and the Crous Montpellier-Occitanie in collaboration with Erasmus Student Network invited students to share a relaxing and sporty moment on October 5, 2024 in the exceptional setting of the Domaine du Château d'Ô. On the program: free picnic, competitive activities and relaxation activities (volleyball, mölkky, petanque, quizz...), yoga workshops, awards, and snack offered at 4PM! A big thank you to all these French and international volunteer students who welcome each year international students as soon as they arrive in Montpellier, Nimes, Perpignan as well as in Béziers, Mende and Narbonne.

Located at 8, rue de l'École Normale in Montpellier's Boutonnet area, the International Student and Researcher Service welcomes and accompanies international students, PhD students, researchers and trainees in their administrative procedures before and after their arrival in France. This service also contributes to the integration and well-being of this international population.

Garden Party - International Mentoring on September 13, 2023 in the park of the Cité U' of Boutonnet. Over 1,200 students took part in this event co-organized with Crous of Montpellier Occitanie to promote International Mentoring. The program included yoga sessions, a dj set, bubble soccer, pétanque, volleyball, etc. A big thanks to all those volunteers, both French and international, who help welcome international students as soon as they arrive in Montpellier, Nîmes and Perpignan.

International Mentoring is a program offered by the SAIEC and the Crous of Montpellier-Occitanie to welcome international students who have newly arrived in Montpellier, Nîmes or Perpignan. Since 2011, 3,320 mentors have welcomed 6,600 mentorees from 90 different countries.
