Take a closer look at the Visale guarantee
If you don't have a guarantor and are between 18 and 30 years old, you can apply for the Visale guarantee. Visale is a guarantee, granted by Action Logement to the tenant. The guarantee covers the payment of rent and service charges for the principal residence in case of financial default. The guarantee is free of charge, and may reassure future landlords. However, landlords are free to decide whether or not to take on a tenant covered by Visale. Only the Crous are obliged to automatically accept this guarantee.
